Terms of payment and delivery

Goods will be delivered subject to our terms and conditions. Terms of the buyer have
to be confirmed by us written. Prices:
All prices are subject to availability. The Steidl & Becker GmbH reserves the right to
charge prices valid on day of dispatch. All prices are quoted ex works. Packing is charged
at cost.

Delivery time:
All derlivery times quoted by us are without obligation. The Steidl & Becker GmbH reserves
the right to withdraw from the delivery contract without any claim of idemnification.

Payment:
Unless prior arrgangement is made all orders must be paid for in advance and are delivered
after the funds have reached our account. Members of the EU should pay by bank transfer
“EU standard”. If the standard transfer is not used or the payment is to be made by cheque,
the Steidl & Becker GmbH reserves the right to pass on any costs this may incur to the customer.

Minimum order:
EU Members: 60,- EUR. For orders under 100,- EUR there is a minimum surcharge of 8,50 EUR
Others: 100,- EUR For orders under 200,- EUR there a minimum surcharge of 8,50 EUR

Complaints and Returns:
Please inspect the goods carefully on receipt of order, complaints will only be considered
within 3 days of receipt. Returns will only be accepted with our prior agreement, unfranked
returns will not be accepted. For returns which are no result of a complaint or a wrong delivery, we reserve the right to charge up to 15% (depending on the effort) but min. 5,- Euro for re-stock. The Steidl & Becker GmbH strongly advises checking each item
before use. No liability can be accepted for damage or loss incurred by the use of any item
supplied by us.

Reservation of ownership:
All goods supplied remain the property of the Steidl & Becker GmbH until paid for in full.

Legal domicil, legal claim
The legal domicil and place for fulfilment for payment and dispatch is Eschwege, Germany.
The German right applies to all matters. If one of the provisions of the contract is invalid,
the other provisions are not touched.
